Antonine University presented a concert by the Zaïde Quartet, at Our Lady of Seeds Monastery, on its main campus in Hadat-Baabda.
The musical evening took place in the presence of many political, diplomatic, military, media, academic and social figures including, among others, MPs Edgard Maalouf and Ali Osseiran, Fr. Michel Jalakh, President of the Antonine University, Commander Marwan Mansour representing the General Director of State Security General Antoine Saliba, Mr. Eric Lebas Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of France in Beirut and Dr. Dirk Dreher Vice President of the BMW Group at the head of a delegation.
Winner of the First Prize of the Joseph Haydn International Competition in Vienna (2012), the Quatuor, composed of four musicians from the National Conservatory of Music of Paris, Charlotte Juillard (violin), Pauline Fritsch (violin), Sarah Chenaf (viola), and Juliette Salmona (cello) captivated the audience through their immense talent, majestic and flawless performance showing perfect mastery of the art of music.
