As part of the International Month of the Francophonie, the Language Center at Zahle Campus organized, in collaboration with the Institut Français du Liban (French Institute), the 3rd edition of its cultural café on the theme: "Peace: culture and dialogue", on Friday, March 2, 2018 at the amphitheater of the campus. The event, organized under the High Patronage of the Ministry of Culture, was held in the presence of the Minister Dr. Ghattas Khoury represented by Dr. Omar Halablab, as well as a crowd of political, media, academic and social figures. Well-known guest speakers discussed the subject of peace, including Dr. Jinane Chaker Sultani Milelli, Doctor in Anthropology, Ethnology and Religious Studies, Mr. Jean-Marie Kassab, French-speaking Lebanese writer, Mr. Elie Aouad, President of the Léba Association. Dr. Joseph Omran from the Lebanese University as well as poets Nizar Francis and Nada Bejjany.
