Antonine University Advertising students, Elsa Khoury and Rim Rida won 1st and 3rd place in the international competition organized by the International Academic Network of Digital Creation / Le Réseau International Universitaire de Création Numérique (RUN) which took place this year, in the Universidade Federal Fluminense in Paraty, in Brazil.
The contest consisted of a 24-hour marathon to accomplish a communication project, in the field of digital creation and multimedia. UA students participated in the competition with Dr. Joseph Moukarzel Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication. The team headed by Elsa Khoury worked on the ‘fishermen of Paraty’ while the team of Rim Rida chose to work on the ‘carnaval Assombrosos Do Moro’.
A total of 5 groups joined this competition, which brought together students and instructors from around the world, exchanging and sharing knowledge in the multimedia and digital creation area.
