As part of its 4th Season of Chamber Music, Antonine University presented, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute and the Teatro di San Carlo- Napoli, a concert given by the Quartetto del Teatro di San Carlo - Napoli featuring the two violinists Giuseppe Carotenuto and Luigi Buonomo, Antonio Bossone on Alto and Luca Signorini on cello.
The concert was held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the St. Elias Church, Kantari in the presence of Mr. Massimo Marotti the Italian Ambassador to Beirut, Fr. Michel Jalakh President of the Antonine University represented by the Vice-President of Academic Affairs and Research, Prof. Nidaa Abou Mrad, Mr. Edoardo Crisafuli Director of the Italian Cultural Institute, as well as diplomatic, municipal and academic figures and classical music lovers.
The concert program was organized around compositions by Rossini, Donizetti and Beethoven.
