The Strategic Initiatives and Quality Assurance (ISAQ) Office at Antonine University is looking for a self-motivated QA Assistant who takes pride in providing exception quality of work and services to join the administrative team.
The scope of responsibilities covers the collaboration with academic teams to plan, capture and record the information requirements for accreditation and quality management activities. He / She will develop and maintain institution wide quality assurance data that aligns with the university strategic initiatives in conformity with the applied policies and procedures.

As QA Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing mechanisms for the collection, analysis and dissemination of quality improvement data.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the collection, processing, and reporting of data that leads to the enhancement of quality improvement processes.
  • Ensuring policy and procedures alignment with accreditation standards.
  • Developing and managing the Quality Improvement System in support of Accreditation and Strategic Planning.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of institution-wide academic quality assurance processes and accountability measures that are aligned with international best practice, and the UA strategic objectives.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in the field by engaging in professional development activities.
  • Assisting in the upkeep, research and development of various records, policies, procedures, reports and action plans, ensuring that actions are monitored continuously and addressed effectively.
  • Coordinating various committees and ensuring that relevant reference documents are made available to such committee meetings from time to time and implement action plans and schedules.



  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. A Master’s is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience directly related to the specified main duties and responsibilities. Experience in a higher education institution is highly preferred.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced Data collection, manipulation and reporting is a must;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Project management experience (planning, monitoring and reporting);
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office.
  • High sense of confidentiality;
  • Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
