EFT: Stop Believing Your Own Negative Thoughts and Free Yourself

You are what you think. Your subconscious mind is your superpower; it can either energize your life or destroy it!

If you can start changing your thoughts, then you can begin to change the way you feel about your problems and reduce their severity. A powerful tool for dealing with negative thoughts is a process called “Emotional Freedom Technique” (EFT). Over the past 15 years, it has been used by thousands of practitioners and hundreds of thousands of clients to successfully deal with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, physical pain, anger, addictions, and phobias. EFT is also very effective in eliminating limiting beliefs that often stop us from succeeding in life.

In this session titled EFT: Stop Believing Your Own Negative Thoughts and Free Yourself, organized by the Counseling Service at Antonine University (UA) as part of the How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient series, you will learn how to transform your life by reprogramming your psyche using the revolutionary tapping technique, EFT.
