Mental Health and Well-being: Global Priorities | Part 2

The Counseling Service at Antonine University (UA) launched the third edition of the How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient series with an awareness session inspired by the World Health Organization’s (WHO) campaign around the theme of Making Mental Health & Well-Being for All a Global Priority. The presentation was split into two halves in order to resume the lecture during the second part; it contrasts ill-being and well-being and accentuates the worldwide importance of prioritizing mental health, particularly since “the COVID-19 pandemic has created a global crisis for mental health” on various levels.
