The European Federation of Catholic Universities (FUCE) is launching its mobility program for the 2025–26 academic year, open to students enrolled at Lebanese universities and pursuing studies in theology or philosophy.
This program offers students the opportunity to complete a semester of academic mobility at a FUCE member university abroad.
Program Conditions
- Number of scholarships: 10
- Duration: One academic semester (4 to 6 months)
- Grant amount: €2,500, covering living and travel expenses
- Students remain enrolled at their home (sending) institution and are considered mobility students at the host university (similar to Erasmus students).
- No tuition fees are charged at the host institution.
- Full access to academic facilities (libraries, etc.) is granted.
- The sending institution must ensure full academic recognition of the studies completed at the host university.
- The host institution must be a member of FUCE.
- Each student may benefit from this scholarship only once.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all the following requirements:
- Be enrolled at a Lebanese university.
- Be registered in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Be pursuing a curriculum related to ethics, theology, philosophy, or other disciplines that integrate the Social Teaching of the Church.
- For students enrolled at FUCE universities in Albania, Georgia, Lebanon, or Ukraine, applicants must hold the nationality of the respective country.
- Undergraduate applicants must have successfully completed their first year of study.
- Have a good academic record.
- Demonstrate a good command of the language of instruction of the host university.
- Not have received, nor be currently receiving, any other financial mobility grant.
- Demonstrate the personal and academic qualities necessary to benefit from the mobility experience and apply it meaningfully to their academic and professional development.
