UNISA Master Scholarships 2025–26

Overview

The University of Salerno, Italy, invites undergraduate students to apply for the Master’s degree scholarship program for the academic year 2025–26. This initiative aims to support 50 non-EU students residing abroad with qualifications obtained outside the EU. Specifically, 10 scholarships are available for candidates from non-European universities associated with UNIMED (Lebanon).

 

Scholarship Details

The UNISA scholarship is worth €8,000 per year (tax-exempt), which includes:

  • €1,800 in cash, disbursed after enrollment and fee payment;
  • free room and board in university facilities for 12 months, starting October 1, 2025 (equivalent to €6,200).

 

Note: Meals are not provided during university closures.

 

To continue receiving the scholarship for the second year, students must earn at least 30 ECTS by September 15, 2026. If this requirement is met, a second payment of €1,800 will be made upon re-enrollment for the academic year 2026–27.

 

Required Documents

To apply, candidates must submit the following documents:

1. Curriculum Vitae (in Italian or English)

2. Language Certificate (minimum B2 in English or Italian, depending on the program)

3. Bachelor’s Degree Certificate and transcript of records (in Italian or English)

4. Course Syllabi for relevant subjects for the intended Master’s program

5. Two Reference Letters (preferably one from the thesis advisor and one from another faculty member, in English or Italian). These letters should highlight key achievements in the thesis and degree program and include contact information for verification.

6. Declaration of Incompatibility with the MAECI scholarship if awarded the UNISA scholarship

 

Important Dates

  • Application Deadline: June 20, 2025
  • Candidates who pass the application stage will be invited to an online interview or exam to assess their academic and language skills.
  • Exam Results Announcement: By June 30, 2025
