    How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient?

    How to Be Mentally Stronger, Happier, and Resilient: a series of webinars on mental health held by Antonine University (UA), where professional speakers, psychologists, life coaches, and doctors, will be discussing and spreading awareness on several issues. Because the world is undergoing unprecedented changes at an overwhelming speed, our first monthly theme will be on How to Adapt to a Changing Environment?
    To ensure that our students have more chances to attend the sessions, the same presentation will be repeated twice a week: Mondays at 11:30 AM, and Thursdays at 3:00 PM.

    Dealing with new challenges by being resilient is the subject that will be tackled during the first week:
