More than ever, the Founders’ Day has become an event not to be missed! This year again, UA thought on a grand scale, and of course, everybody knew it! On May 13, Fr. Michel Jalakh welcomed H.E. Mauricio Alice, ambassador of Argentina to Lebanon, and the festivities began! All over the Hadat-Baabda campus, students, teachers, friends, and alumni were taking part in, or simply enjoying, UA’s 23rd anniversary celebration. Some were wearing the colors of Argentina (this year’s theme), others tasting asado, empanadas, and mate, while listening to the music, watching the tango show, or laughing during the stand-up comedy. This event wouldn’t have been as successful without the annual Marketing Forum. Fifty groups from all three campuses presented products and services inspired by the Argentinian culture and later, a jury chose five winners. What a great day it was!
