  • UA Strengthens Its Leadership in Digital Pedagogy Through the FEF Project

    11 December 2025

Antonine University (UA) is proud to have actively participated in the France Team Fund (FEF) project, led by the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) and funded by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. This initiative marks a major step forward in promoting innovative, ethical, and responsible uses of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education.

From December 1 to 5, ten UA faculty members took part in an intensive train-the-trainer program, punctuated by rich exchanges, collaborative workshops, and co-construction sessions. Throughout the five days, they explored the pedagogical, institutional, and ethical dimensions of AI, while reflecting on the competencies and frameworks required to successfully integrate these tools into learning and teaching.

The faculty members who completed the program will now take the lead in disseminating these learnings within the University. Their mission will be to mobilize their colleagues, nurture a culture of experimentation and critical inquiry, and strengthen collaborative practices around AI-enhanced technology. Their engagement reaffirms UA’s commitment to preparing its community for an ever-evolving academic environment.

This experience has also opened new avenues for the Antonine Learning Lab (ALL) and encouraged the emergence of promising collaborations with other universities. These partnerships enrich our educational ecosystem and expand our collective capacity for innovation.

By equipping faculty members to navigate and teach AI in a responsible manner, UA reinforces its ability to deliver transformative education, support academic excellence, and prepare a community capable of meeting global challenges through innovation and ethical leadership.

A collective, inspiring, and forward-looking momentum in service of education and the common good.
