The Center for Career Development (C.C.D) is organizing on Saturdays 9 & 16 March 2019 a training session entitled "Conflict Transformation and Communication Skills", from 9:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. at Fr. Abbot Rajeh Hall.

The purpose behind this training is to create a space for self-discovery and trust-building to better understand our own way and style of addressing different conflicts (Fear of others, assumption, labeling...)

Moreover, participants will explore the concepts of "conflict" and "Conflict Transformation" through a socio-cultural approach and practical cases.
