Due to the current circumstances, you are probably spending several hours in front of your screens every day which might negatively affect your health. For this reason, the Faculty of Sport Sciences (FSS) at Antonine University has decided to share with all UA students the best scientific techniques to remain in good shape.
Taking care of your body boosts your well-being!
The FSS will be offering weekly webinars via MS Teams on different topics related to sports. During the 30-minute sessions, instructors, coaches, and students from the Faculty will raise awareness about the benefits of physical activity.
This program will offer you:
- ways to maintain physical activity during the current conditions;
- assistance in developing better physical activity habits at home;
- motivation to practice sports more often and adopt a healthier lifestyle; and
- awareness about the importance of sports and its impact on physical and mental health.
