Antonine University students lived two days of pure discovery on the shores of Batroun at Colonel Craft Beer microbrewery in the framework of the extra-curricular internship organized by the Center for Career Development (CCD).
The innovator and pioneer, Jamil Haddad, animated the two-day internship, during which the students discovered the unique craft beer brewing process: ingredients, mashing, boiling, fermenting, bottling, labeling and tasting.
As a token of gratitude for the generosity granted to our students, Mr. Fouad Abdallah, Director of the CCD, offered a UA trophy to Mr. Jamil Haddad.
