ID Center

The ID Center at Antonine University (UA) is an entity under the management of the Office of Information Technology (OIT), which provides access control cards to all stakeholders that are going to access the University premises on all campuses. Every person will have security clearance based on their role so that the center can manage, control, and secure different areas on the campuses. This solution helps in organizing several tasks, thus increasing efficiency.

The access control card is offered to students, staff, management, faculty members, and guests.

For Students

To get an access control card, you must:

  • complete your admissions file;
  • register at the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and provide the necessary documents;
  • register for the corresponding semester;
  •  pass by the OIT to get your ID card.

In case you lose the card, you must pay 20$ and give the OIT the receipt to get a new one.

The access control card allows you to:

  • enter UA premises;
  • access exam halls for the final exam;
  • access elevators (only after getting approval from the Office of Student Affairs).

For Full-time and Part-time Instructors

To get an access control card:
The Office of Human Resources (OHR) sends an email requesting a new ID card for the corresponding instructor. Once done, the ID Center hands the card to the OHR.

The access control card allows you to:

  • enter UA premises;
  • access the elevators;
  • access the corresponding classroom associated with your predefined courses.
