In the framework of an exceptional event entitled "The Circle of Excellence of the Arab Rectors" organized by QS Quacquarelli Symonds, a British company specializing in the analysis of higher education, UA Rector Father Michel Jalakh, will take part in a round table focused on student engagement, well-being and holistic university experience in times of crisis.

This Wednesday, May 6, the directors of several universities in the Arab region will meet online at 11:30 a.m. to share the best practices and ideas related to the changes in education during the past months. Panelists will also highlight the journey of their institution as a case study, in an endeavor to emphasize the importance of critical self-reflection during this unusual period.

This initiative, supported by the Association of Arab Universities (AARU), will also welcome as panelists Dr. David Reggio, head of council at QS Quacquarelli Symonds in the United Kingdom, Dr. Haifa Reda Jamal Al-Lail, President of the University Effat in Saudi Arabia, Prof. Mansoor Alaali, President of Ahlia University in Bahrain and Ms. Rachel Baldwin, Director of Student Affairs at the University of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
