The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) of Antonine University (UA) grew up progressively but efficiently, starting with the Department of Nursing Sciences (DNS) since 1999, pursuing with the Department of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2006, and then incorporating the Department of Dental Laboratory Technology (DDLT) in 2015, the latter being the oldest in the history of UA.

The Department of Nursing Sciences is devoted to versatility, responsibility, initiative, and decision making, coping in the field of individual and collective health and more so to build holistic dimensions in the students, to form qualified and humanistic nurses, capable of handling all medical and surgical situations both elective and critical. This department, implemented in three different Lebanese regions, has widely extended abroad, namely in Belgium (Louvain) and in Canada (Laval).
