It is focused on 4 major concentrations: Telecommunications and Networks, Multimedia and Networks, Systems and Networks, and Software Engineering and Networks. All the study programs offered are updated with the most advanced tools and technologies. In line with the mission and values of the Department, the members of the academic team consists of professionals, all highly skilled in their respective fields of interest and committed to student-centered education. This is why they prioritize student satisfaction and dedicate all their efforts to providing quality guidance from the student’s arrival at UA to their integration into the professional world. In the same vein, the DCCE strives to continuously update its curriculum to meet the new challenges of the twenty-first century. At present, the Department is actively seeking accreditation from the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) for its engineering curriculum.
