Spring 2025 – Registration Process and Clearance Phase

To secure your seat for the Spring Semester 2025, admitted students from Session 2 (Test of February 3, 2025) should settle the registration fee, miscellaneous fees, and all due fees starting February 12 until February 13, 2025. Payments can be made at UA cashiers, Bank of Beirut, or Byblos Bank as follows:

  • $210 registration fee for the Spring Semester 2025
  • $20 individual accident insurance fee per semester
  • $10 student ID card (one-time payment)
  • LBP5,400,000 or $61 annual NSSF fees (can be paid in either currency, if applicable)

 

Notes:

  • Students admitted to the Faculty of Theology need to pay $50 registration fees instead of $210.
  • Students admitted to the BS in Dental Laboratory Technology must pay $780 per year for the toolbox.

Steps to Complete Your Registration

  1. Upload all missing documents to your Online Application account.
  2. Submit the relevant documents to the University NSSF.
  3. Pay all above-mentioned fees.
  4. Fill out the E-clearance Form or visit the Office of Orientation and Admissions to complete your application and submit any required missing documents.
  5. Stop by the Office of Information Technology to obtain your UA ID card.

 

Enroll in your courses starting January 28, 2025, through sis.ua.edu.lb after completing the clearance phase. Classes will commence on February 11, 2025. For guidance on enrollment and other actions in the SIS, refer to the SIS User Guide 2024–25.
