Registration Process and Clearance Phase
In order to secure your seat for the Fall 2025 semester, admitted students should settle the registration fee (if not already settled and still apply), first payment, miscellaneous fees, and all due fees on September 12, 2025 at any branch of Bank of Beirut, or Byblos Bank as follows using your UA ID number:
- $270 registration fee for the Fall 2025 Semester (if not already settled and still apply)
- $490 first payment to be deducted from the total tuition fees
- $25 individual accident insurance fee per semester
- $15 student ID card (one-time payment)
- LBP8,400,000 or $95 annual NSSF fees (can be paid in both currencies at UA cashiers, if applicable)
Notes:
- Students admitted to the Faculty of Theology need to pay $70 registration fees instead of $270.
- Students admitted to the Faculty of Theology do not need to pay a first payment to proceed.
- Students admitted to the BS in Dental Laboratory Technology must pay $850 per year for the toolbox.

Steps to Complete Your Registration
1. Upload all missing documents to your Online Application account.
2. Submit the relevant documents to the University NSSF.
3. Pay all above-mentioned due fees.
4. Fill out the E-clearance Form or visit the Office of Orientation and Admissions to complete your application and submit any required missing documents.
5. Stop by the Office of Information Technology to obtain your UA ID card.
Enroll in your courses starting August 18, 2025 through sis.ua.edu.lb after the clearance phase. Classes commence on September 08, 2025. For guidance on enrollment and other actions in the SIS, refer to the SIS User Guide 2024–25.
