Apply for Financial Aid

If you are experiencing financial difficulties and wish to apply for financial aid, please complete and submit a Financial Aid Application.

To begin the process, sign in using your UA student email and fill out the application form.

Required Supporting Documents

In the final section of the application, you will need to gather, scan, and upload the following documents:

a passport-sized photo;
an extract of personal civil status;
an extract of the family civil registry;
a recent medical report if you or a family member has a chronic illness;
recent work certificates for each employed family member*, indicating position, salary, benefits, deductions, bonuses, and the number of paid months per year. If a family member receives school or university financial aid, it must be mentioned in the certificate;
the vehicle registration card (front and back) for any car used by the family;
documentation of property ownership or a lease agreement;
bank statements showing debts and account balances;
an official certificate from the school or university for the current academic year indicating the annual tuition fees of the student’s sibling (brother or sister).

*If your parents are unemployed, please provide an official certificate from the mayor stating the family’s current socioeconomic status.

Whether you are applying for the first time or renewing your application, submitting the Financial Aid Application is mandatory.

Once the form is completed, please schedule a meeting with the Office of Social Affairs to finalize your application.

You can review your eligible discount through SIS once your tuition has been posted to your financial account.
