If you are facing financial difficulties and would like to apply for financial aid, please complete and submit a financial aid application. To begin the process, sign in using your UA student email and fill out the form. In the last section of the application, you will need to gather, scan, and upload the following required supporting documents:

• a passport-sized photo;
• an extract of personal civil status;
• an extract of the family civil registry;
• a recent medical report if you or any family member has a chronic illness;
• recent work certificates for each employed family member*, stating their position, salary, benefits, deductions, bonuses, and the number of paid months per year. If anyone is receiving school or university financial aid, it should be mentioned in the certificate;
• bank statements showing debts and account balances;
• the registration card (front and back) of the car you are using;
• proof of ownership or a rental contract.

*If your parents are unemployed, please provide an official certificate from the mayor stating the family’s current socioeconomic status.

Whether you are applying for the first time or renewing your file, it is important to submit the financial aid application. Once complete, make sure to book a meeting with the Office of Social Affairs (OSAf) to finalize your submission.

Applications must be submitted between June 1 and August 31 for each academic year.
