The Vice Rectorate for Integral Human Development, as part of the UA Plus Program, is organizing this interactive session to introduce students to the transformative power of music therapy. Participants will engage in guided music listening, vocal and rhythmic exercises, and creative musical expression — exploring how music can serve as a tool for stress relief, emotional self-discovery, and inner strength.
Join us to experience how music can guide you through life’s challenges and unlock a deeper connection to yourself.
