Students applying for an international mobility must follow a specific procedure, as the following:
- The student contacts the mobility officer of each faculty.
- The student requests all the necessary information for their mobility request.
- The student submits the application form.
- Once given a positive answer, the student must prepare for mobility.
- This preparation for mobility includes:
- Preparation of a student visa (if necessary.)
- Reservation of accommodation.
- Booking the flight.
- Preparation of insurance (if necessary.)
Once the preparation is completed, the student contacts the mobility officer at the Office of International Relations.
Administrative procedures:
- Consult their deans to discuss this possibility.
- Choosing the institution and country of mobility.
- Fill in the outgoing mobility form.
- Stock exchange.
- Students, researchers, teachers, and administrative staff have the opportunity to hold a scholarship.
