The Center for Career Development (CCD) at Antonine University is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and organized individual to join his team.
Position Summary
Handle the Center for Career Development (CCD) recruitment platform and serves as the initial point of contact with registered and potential students, alumni and companies.
He / She provide support to all types of services and events provided and organized by the CCD
: training sessions, potential projects, Placement related surveys, etc.
As a CCD Assistant, you will responsible for:
- Handling the CCD recruitment platform: helping students and alumni to create their profiles, assisting companies in their vacancies posting.
- Contacting and following-up with students and alumni regarding all vacancies posted by partner companies (phone calls, CV writing, follow-up on recruitment status, etc.).
- Participating in the preparation, communication, data gathering and finalization of different career placement related surveys and databases.
- Assisting in the implementation of special projects and related tasks and research undertaken by the CCD.
- Assisting in the CCD events preparation: training sessions, activities, etc.
- Performing any other related duties as assigned.
Basic
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management.
- 1+ years of experience directly related to the specified main duties and responsibilities. Experience in a higher education institution is preferred.

- Good digital skills : ability to manipulated different recruitment platforms.
- Good knowledge in Data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, confident and driven by achievements.
