The mission of the Department of Nursing Sciences (DNS) is to train committed professionals who are capable of providing care that responds to the constant evolution of society.

The DNS offers undergraduate and graduate programs to students. Through combining theory and practice, students will earn the knowledge, skills, aptitudes, critical thinking, and professional maturity necessary to promote individual and collective health.

The DNS is engaged in international partnerships to transmit to its students the latest research findings and thus contribute to the development of the nursing profession in Lebanon.

The excellence of our teaching staff, the variety of hospital and non-hospital internships offered to students, international collaborations, and exchanges of both professors and students constitute a benefit for our Department, present on the Hadat–Baabda and Mejdlaya–Zgharta Campuses.
