Mission

The Department of Physical Therapy’s mission is to train professionals in Physical Therapy in a collaborative, ethical, and professional frame to provide optimal services for all categories of clients built on effective evidence of clinical reasoning.

Thus, the program helps students develop good knowledge, skills, and attitudes that promote excellence in the practice of their future profession within various situations and empower them to be active citizens, always seeking excellence.

Vision

The vision of the Department of Physical Therapy is to be recognized nationally and internationally as a leading academic department in the areas of Physical Therapy education, clinical practice, and lifelong learning.
