Students from the Department Physical Therapy at Antonine University volunteered in the medical team during the “Great Bekaa Run, 542”, a marathon organized by “Beirut Marathon Association”. Dr. Elie Sakr supervised UA students throughout this event that took place on Sunday, September 1, 2019. The mission of the group was to assist the medical team at the finish line and help runners with muscle cramps, sprains, asthma problems, etc. They also provided all runners with the necessary medical guidance.
Our students have gained plenty of experience during this event!
