On the holiday of Our Lady of Seeds, Antonine University (UA) celebrated its 22nd anniversary on its main campus in Hadat-Baabda in the presence of an audience of political, diplomatic, religious, municipal, academic, socio-cultural, and media personalities, as well as the UA Council and members of the University Community.

Mr. Bassam Barrak presented the ceremony, held on the terrace of the chapel. The audience then listened to the address of the Rector Fr. Michel Jalakh, delivered annually at the UA patronal feast day. Placed this year under the title "The University and the challenges of the digital revolution: twenty-five years of the internet," the speech of Father Jalakh focused on the repercussions of this incredible revolution, especially in the University and academic world. The celebration was closed with a convivial dinner.
