The book examines the right of the man for the environment in the international texts and the case law on one hand and in constitutions, legislations and policies of the concerned countries.
It joins to list the environmental problems common to the Mediterranean region and in the proposition of a regional policy promoting the environment as well as its protection, which policy is the foundation of the environmental legal device suited to the Mediterranean region.
