Dr. Huguette Abou-Mrad and Ms. Odile Feghali, members of the academic and administrative staff at Antonine University (UA), participated in the coordination meeting organized by the University of Tunis El Manar. This meeting, held in Tunis on June 12 and 13, 2024, was part of the European project “Women’s Empowerment for LEADership and equity in higher education institutions” (WE4LEAD).

The main objective of this meeting was to allow participants to discuss the progress made so far and the upcoming tasks within the project framework. The various sessions addressed key aspects such as activity management and coordination, deliverable quality assurance, project data evaluation, anti-harassment measures, communication and awareness strategies, training programs, as well as dissemination and valorization plans for the results.

Participants shared their experiences, knowledge, and ideas to enrich the WE4LEAD project and ensure its success. Their commitment and collaboration were crucial in identifying areas for improvement and enhancing the project’s positive impact in the region.
