Antonine University (UA) recently held its highly anticipated Open Day event across all 3 campuses, captivating high school students with an extraordinary journey under the theme of “An Experience... Out of This World!” The event took place on April 19 at Hadat–Baabda, April 25 at Mejdlaya–Zgharta, and April 26 at Nabi Ayla–Zahle, leaving attendees in awe of the University’s offerings and possibilities.

The Open Day event attracted a significant number of high school students, with a total of 40 schools attending the Hadat–Baabda Main Campus, bringing in more than 2,000 students. The afternoon session saw over 200 individuals from more than 100 schools participating. Mejdlaya–Zgharta Campus welcomed 11 schools and approximately 600 students, while Nabi Ayla–Zahle Campus hosted 14 schools and around 1,000 students.

During the Open Day, high school students had the opportunity to explore UA laboratories and classrooms, engaging with experts who provided them with hands-on experiences. They discovered the wide range of services offered by the University and embarked on well-organized campus tours, creating a cheerful atmosphere throughout the event. UA students acted as ushers, guiding and touring the visiting students, adding a personal touch to the experience.

Notably, the event drew special attendance from school counselors, heads of cycles, principals, owners, and parents, emphasizing the significance of UA’s Open Day in helping stakeholders make informed decisions about higher education.

The Open Day featured captivating elements, including mesmerizing blue smoke, an enchanting LED tunnel, and stunning ribbon decorations. Props displaying inspiring phrases added to the immersive atmosphere. Attendees were treated to compelling performances, such as Chinese ribbon dancing, accompanied by delightful music that enhanced the overall ambiance. Delicious food offerings, including cotton candies, merry cream, and popcorn, satisfied the attendees’ taste buds. Moreover, frescos, competitions, and exciting gifts added to the day’s excitement.
