The Antonine School of Business (ASB) opened its doors in September 2006, under the leadership of the Founding Dean, H.E. Dr. Damianos Kattar, who served as Minister of Finance, Economy, and Trade in 2005 and Minister of Environment and Administrative Reform in 2020.
Despite the challenges at that time, we started with 32 students at the Hadat–Baabda Campus, divided between a French section and an English section. Our Nabi Ayla–Zahle Campus welcomed nine students in the French section. The ASB has faced its challenges with unwavering determination.
In 2013, the ASB established a cooperation agreement with South China Normal University (SCNU), allowing five UA students to participate in the China Business Immersion Program.
The ASB has also hosted four international conferences in collaboration with Université de Franche-Comté,Berytech, the Basil Fuleihan Institute for Economy and Finance, the European Delegation, and theÉcole Nationale d’Administration.
Today, the ASB is home to over 1,400 students across three campuses: Hadat–Baabda, Nabi Ayla–Zahle, and Mejdlaya–Zgharta. With the support of our professional, young, and dynamic faculty members, we are redefining the nature of education in business administration in Lebanon.
