Those who spend hours in one position may notice their bodies starting to ache and their posture deteriorating. While many ergonomic chairs can help prevent such aches, stretching can also be an easy, cost-effective way to keep your muscles loose throughout the day. Stretching has a few additional benefits that you may not know about.
The Office of Athletics at Antonine University (UA), in collaboration with the Faculty of Sport Sciences (FSS), is organizing a workshop entitled Desk Stretches for People Who Sit All Day to discuss which stretching exercises you can do at your desk to improve your work life.
