    The Antonine University (UA) Vice Rectorate for Integral Human Development (VRIHD), through its Pastoral Care, is pleased to launch the fourth edition of the How to Enhance Your Spiritual Health series with an empowering and transformative workshop, entitled Unleashing Your Leadership Potential: Embracing Your God-given Identity, combining the principles of leadership with the exploration of our unique God-given identity.

    In this transformative workshop, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery to uncover our unique God-given identity and explore how it can profoundly influence our role as leaders in various aspects of our life.

    Whether you’re seeking personal growth, professional advancement, or spiritual development, understanding and embracing your God-given identity will lay the foundation for impactful leadership.

    Joelle Richa is an experienced executive coach specializing in business management, innovation, and development. With over 12 years of experience in London, Paris, and Dubai, Joelle possesses a deep understanding of business visioning, establishment, and expansion. As a results-driven strategist, trainer, and coach, she is skilled in optimizing the performance of individual executives, teams, and organizations. Joelle holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and is a licensee of Leadership Management International (LMI). She has also completed the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme.

    In addition to her professional expertise, Joelle is a dedicated spiritual leader. She serves as the head of a women’s ministry in the United Kingdom (UK) and has pursued a Master’s degree in Pastoral Theology with a specific focus on supporting the youth in her church in London. Joelle’s commitment to youth ministry is further complemented by her completion of a diplomat in Écoute et Accompagnement Familial, enabling her to provide valuable assistance to families in crisis situations.
