Speaker: Ms. Lea Farah, Leadership Trainer
Lea Farah began her educational journey with honors at the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA). She furthered her studies in jewelry design at Central Saint Martins art school in London. As a Lebanese native, Lea’s connection to her roots led her to establish Centimes Bourgeois, a bridal accessory brand that quickly gained international recognition for its high-end pieces, in 2016.
Driven by her belief in the importance of individuality, Lea continuously seeks new opportunities for her brand. Her dedication to empowering others and fostering personal growth serves as a driving force in her work. Through Centimes Bourgeois, Lea strives to create unique and meaningful experiences for her clients while inspiring others to embrace their true selves.
In addition to her achievements in the fashion industry, Lea excels as a leadership trainer. She assists clients in designing their businesses and unlocking their full potential. One of her notable workshops combines her background in art and leadership, offering participants a transformative experience through art therapy.
Lea is also an active leader within her church and prayer group in Lebanon, where she wholeheartedly embraces her love for the word of God. With a keen awareness of the world and God’s presence, she continuously seeks His guidance and voice in her life. Currently, Lea is actively pursuing a diplomat in Écoute et Accompagnement Familial to provide invaluable support to families experiencing crises.
Furthermore, Lea is enrolled in a two-year program with the Encounter School of Ministry, which draws from the richness of our Catholic heritage and aims to teach, equip, and activate disciples to demonstrate God’s love through the empowering work of the Holy Spirit in their respective spheres of influence.
