    Mastering the Culture of Etiquette: University and Work Environment

    In today’s competitive academic and professional world, having etiquette skills can significantly impact your success. The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) at Antonine University (UA) is collaborating with Ms. Carmen Hajjar for a one-hour session aiming to equip UA students and staff with the etiquette knowledge they need to navigate university and the workplace. From networking events to communication, mastering the culture of etiquette is key to building strong relationships, earning respect, and advancing in university life and career.

    Speaker: Ms. Carmen Hajjar, Certified Etiquette Consultant

    Carmen Hajjar is a certified etiquette and protocol consultant. She studied at Europrotocol in Belgium, focusing on business and international protocols, and specialized in dining etiquette, kids’ etiquette, and youth etiquette in the United Kingdom (UK). With extensive experience, she shared her expertise through TV appearances, articles in local and regional newspapers, and etiquette workshops for private businesses and governmental institutions. Carmen also provides behavioral tips with her 1M+ followers across various platforms. Her background in education as an instructor at the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Lebanese University (LU) has refined her teaching techniques and enabled her to devise innovative approaches to demystify complicated ideas. Her passion for etiquette and protocol led her to become an internationally accredited consultant, coach, and trainer, holding certifications from reputable organizations such as Europrotocol, Minding Manners Social Etiquette and Dining Manners Consultant, and Finishing Touch International Etiquette.
