    05 December 2023
Unleashing Your Leadership Potential: Understanding Your Unique Temperament Traits

As part of the fourth edition of the How to Enhance Your Spiritual Health series, the Vice Rectorate for Integral Human Development (VRIHD) at Antonine University (UA), through its Pastoral Care, is hosting a workshop entitled Unleashing Your Leadership Potential: Understanding Your Unique Temperament Traits, during which participants will have the opportunity to take a temperament quiz.

Our aim is to assist UA students in their personal development journey by providing motivation and guidance to develop their character. Through this quiz, students will gain insights into their unique strengths and areas for growth, fostering self-acceptance and acceptance of others. This will empower students to effectively navigate interpersonal relationships and develop valuable coping skills.

    Audience: UA students
    Date: Tuesday, December 5, 2023
    Time: 2:30–3:30 PM
    Location: Hadat–Baabda Campus, Building G, Room G.2.7
Speaker: Ms. Adeline Khouri, Leadership Coach and Trainer

Adeline Khouri, Franco-Lebanese, has been a certified member and advocate for the World Youth Alliance since 2022, serving as the Event Management Advisor in the Lebanese National Committee. She has had the privilege of speaking at international conferences, sharing her expertise on topics related to human dignity, mental health resilience, and human excellence.

She graduated from Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Family and Entrepreneurial Business (IFEB) within the Lebanese American University (LAU) Adnan Kassar School of Business. Additionally, she is the former Executive Director of the Virtuous Leadership Institute in Lebanon. As a leadership coach, youth mentor, and trainer, Adeline has been instrumental in empowering individuals through her involvement in the LEAD Program.

Passionate about her Christian faith and committed to making a positive impact, Adeline is currently pursuing a certification program at the Theology of the Body Institute, where she is deepening her understanding of Catholic teachings on the body, sexuality, and family. In collaboration with the family office of the Maronite Archdiocese of Beirut, Adeline is also involved in developing a Theology of the Body program designed for teenagers in Catholic schools. Her goal is to introduce young individuals to these teachings and help them navigate the challenges of today’s world.

Furthermore, Adeline is actively working alongside the Pastoral Office of Marriage and Family in Bkerke to launch a Theology of the Body course that focuses on training coaches and empowering couples in their daily lives. She firmly believes in the transformative power of this course, as it strengthens relationships and provides guidance to couples on their spiritual journey.

Adeline’s commitment to her faith extends beyond her local community. She is an active member of Hope’s Garden, a prominent Catholic organization based in the United States (US) that focuses on healing hearts, marriages, and families through the spousal love of Christ the Bridegroom.

Attendees will receive a certificate of participation.
