The Center for Career Development (CCD) at Antonine University is organizing on Saturdays 9 & 16 March 2019 a training session entitled "Conflict Transformation and Communication Skills", from 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM at the Fr. Abbot Rajeh Hall.
The purpose behind this training is to create a space for self-discovery and trust building to gain a better understanding of how each of us deals and addresses different types of conflict (fear of others, assumption, labeling, etc.).
Moreover, participants will explore the concepts of "conflict" and "conflict transformation" through a socio-cultural approach and practical cases.
