The Center for Career Development (CCD) at Antonine University (UA) invites students and alumni to “Hacking Your Interview,” a practical training session designed to help participants understand how interviews really work—and how to succeed in them.
Moving beyond generic advice, the session decodes recruiters’ decision-making processes and equips participants with concrete tools, techniques, and strategies to confidently navigate interviews before, during, and after the meeting.
The training will be delivered by Dr. Elie Moussallem, Human Resources and Organizational Development Expert. Through an interactive and hands-on approach, participants will engage in real interview scenarios, role plays, and recruiter-oriented “interview hacking” techniques aimed at strengthening their performance and presence.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to structure strong and convincing interview answers, improve verbal and non-verbal communication, follow up professionally after interviews, and approach recruitment meetings with greater confidence and clarity.
