The Office of Athletics at Antonine University (UA) is launching the fourth edition of the Sports and Well-being series in collaboration with the Faculty of Sport Sciences (FSS), with the first session entitled Improve Your Mobility, which will provide a comprehensive practical session focused on enhancing joint range of motion, overall physical function, and body mobility.
During this session, students engage in a structured sequence of stretches, joint mobilizations, and dynamic movements yielding multiple physical benefits. Consistent practice of mobility exercises can help alleviate muscle tension, promote better posture, and reduce stress. Moreover, improved mobility leads to enhanced athletic performance, as it allows for more efficient movement patterns. Ultimately, mobility exercises are a way to maintain physical well-being and support long-term health.
