    25 November 2025
Understanding Bullying: Dynamics, Impacts, and Prevention

Part of the UA Plus Program

The Vice Rectorate for Integral Human Development (VRIHD) at Antonine University (UA) is organizing an interactive session entitled “Understanding Bullying: Dynamics, Impacts, and Prevention,” delivered by Dr. Taghrid Diab, instructor, trainer, and holder of a PhD in Education.

As part of UA’s commitment to the Women’s Empowerment for LEADership and equity in higher education institutions (WE4LEAD) project, this session is designed to help students and staff better identify the mechanisms of bullying, recognize its academic and psychological repercussions, and build practical strategies for prevention and intervention.

Through short inputs, real-case scenarios, and reflective activities, participants will learn to differentiate bullying from ordinary conflict, while exploring verbal, social, and cyberbullying as forms increasingly encountered in young adult environments.
