Managing money involves more than tracking expenses. Financial decisions can affect students’ stress levels, academic performance, social relationships, and overall well-being.
Antonine University’s (UA) Office of Social Affairs (OSAf), in partnership with Triospective, is organizing Saving Strategies and Budget Management, a four-session initiative designed to help students develop healthier financial habits and make more informed decisions.
Combining psychological insights with practical budgeting strategies, the program explores how emotions, social pressure, and personal priorities influence spending and saving, while encouraging greater financial awareness and independence.
What to Expect
The program begins with an introductory session open to all UA students, exploring financial well-being, the impact of financial stress, and the role of budgeting in managing everyday needs and priorities.
Three subsequent sessions, intended for selected participants, will offer a more focused exploration of emotional spending, social pressure, financial priorities, and the balance between immediate needs and long-term goals.
Throughout the program, participants will be introduced to practical strategies for managing expenses, developing healthier saving habits, and making financial decisions that support their personal goals and well-being.
The program also includes opportunities for individual follow-up to assess participants’ progress and develop realistic financial action plans.
